Good news for the bike enthusiasts. Bajaj is planning to launch a high performance bike very soon in India. The bike is through with its development and testing phases and will make it to the roads by the end of this month.
Not much details are available now. It is likely that the new performance bike will be from the company’s Pulsar range. Bajaj recently launched its 180cc DTSi upgraded version, so it is evident that the new bike will be positioned higher than the Pulsar 180cc.
It is evident that the segment is getting hotter. Pulsar dominated the high end bike segment untilly bikes from Yamaha and TVS plunged in to compete with the Pulsar. Yamaha’s FZ and TVS Apache RTR have pushed down the Pulsar mania. Bajaj is very keen to give back the answer and that is why the company is launching a high performance bike higher than the 180cc range. The new bike could be an upgraded version of the Pulsar 200cc or even the Pulsar 220cc, it is not sure for a of now.
The die hard Pulsar fans would be thrilled to get a more powerful bike and if Bajaj can add some thrilling looks, it would be fantastic to see the race. What you guys say?
